 Accepted Plans

We will bill most insurance plans even if we are out-of-network with their company.

We are in-network providers with the following insurance companies:
 

*BCBS PPO       *Medicare       *PHCS       *Aetna   *Cigna    *MHN

*TRICARE  (We  proudly service our US military and our practice is one of only a  few  to be an accepted provider for the military and their families)

*We do not belong to any HMO plans.

Cash, check or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER) accepted for payment.

 If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not   notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged in full   for the session.
